The Spiritual Paradox
I read somewhere that if we hit the point where everything is a paradox, then we are heading the right way.
The more we take a look at ourselves, and start to realize why we do what we do, we see that everything is somewhat backwards.
We become aware of our internal states but cant change them.
We know our behavior holds us back but it still happens daily.
We know our past is the only reason why we act the way we do now, but we are still obsessed with the past.
Everything becomes a paradox. This is frustrating but it can also help us.
The process of becoming aware is what causes this paradox; nothing makes sense, but the answer is right in front of our faces:
There is nothing to do with the paradoxes.
The fact that we are aware of them means that we can drop them right now by not feeding them energy.
They don’t really matter, this is just how life is.
Its a great thing to see life as a paradox, because now you have a choice of what you want to do with it.
My book, Your Mind Is A Prison, is available now. I go a lot deeper into all these topics throughout the book. It's straightforward, easy to read, and easy to implement. The kindle is only 2.99.
Check out my YouTube channel where I talk about the same topics while moving through the mountains.
