Introduction: Your Symptoms Are Trying to Tell You Something
When people feel off — mentally, emotionally, physically — the first instinct is usually panic, resistance, or suppression. Anxiety hits and the mind races. The gut flares up and we start thinking about food sensitivities, bacteria, or medications. Our mood crashes and we start labeling ourselves as broken, disordered, or deficient.
But here’s the truth: these responses, as uncomfortable as they are, are not failures. They’re not random. They’re not even mistakes.
They’re feedback and information; because your system is trying to solve a problem that hasn’t been fully seen for what it is yet.
There is logic to every symptom. If we can trace that logic and understand what threw off that system and caused it to react in the first place, we stop being confused victims of our own biology. We start becoming interpreters of it. From there, the system often starts correcting itself — not through force, but through clarity.
